AAFS to Take Part in Snack Days for the Chicago Marathon

Arab American Family Services will be participating in Snack Days, a city-wide initiative that helps those who are training for the Chicago Marathon. We will be setting up tables and greeting runners by supplying drinks and snacks while they make their rounds in training for the 26.2 mile run. AAFS will be at the Beverly location on 10328 S. Registration Opens for NAI Citizenship Classes

Arab American Family Services is now offering registration for those who are interested in taking the New Americans Initiative citizenship classes. Classes will begin in August and will give participants the basic skills and knowledge needed to pass the test to become a United States citizen. AAFS Offers Volunteer Opportunities for Domestic Violence Walk

Arab American Family Services is looking for volunteers who would be interested in becoming part of the 7th Annual Walk In Faith Not In Fear Walk for Domestic Violence and Breast Cancer. AAFS Immigration Workshop: Saturday, May 17

The Arab American Family Services immigration workshops have been proven to be a successful tool to educate those hoping to become United States citizens on the process of application, as well as knowing their rights. Arab American Family Services will be hosting an Immigration Workshop on Saturday, April 26 at 9 a.m. at the Berwyn Police Department, 6401 W. 31st St. in Berwyn. At the workshop, there will be lawyers on hand to offer assistance in the N-400 citizen application as well as offering other services in relation to the immigration process.
