Get immigration law advice and support at AAFS

The Arab American Family Services (AAFS) Immigration Department provides legal advice and helps clients with applications for:

• Citizenship Application (N-400)
• Certificate of Naturalization (N-600)
• Green Card Renewals ( I-90)
• Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence (I-751)
• Consular Processing
• Immigration case follow-up with USCIS representation
• Family-based immigration case including fiancée (K) visa
• Schedule an InfoPass Appointment with USCIS
• Change of Address
• Renew Employment Authorization Documents (EAD)

AAFS helps low-income families in our community get immigration assistance from our Accredited Representative with the Department of Justice, Rima Najia, who can provide advice on immigration law. Clients can seek immigration help at little to no cost to them depending on the application they want to apply for. Our Immigration Department also offers referrals for partners or attorneys to get great and affordable legal help.

For qualifying clients, AAFS provides free assistance for the Citizenship Application (Form N-400) and the Naturalization Certificate (Form N-600) applications under the NAI (New Americans Initiative) Program. For more information about how we can help, or to set up an appointment with our Immigration Department representative, Rima Najia, please call us at 708-599-2237.
