AgeOptions is a not-for-profit organization located in Oak Park, Illinois, that has served the older adults of suburban Cook County and their families as an Area Agency on Aging since 1974. As part of the nationwide network, we are authorized by the federal Older Americans Act and the Illinois Department on Aging as the Planning and Service Area for the 30 townships surrounding Chicago.
ICIRR is dedicated to promote the rights of immigrants and refugees to full and equal participation in the civic, cultural, social, and political life of our diverse society.In partnership with our member organizations, the Coalition educates and organizes immigrant and refugee communities to assert their rights; promotes citizenship and civic participation; monitors, analyzes, and advocates on immigrant-related issues; and, informs the general public about the contributions of immigrants and refugees.

Launched in 2006, CAAP promotes, facilitates and celebrates Arab American giving through education, training, and donor outreach and services. CAAP is the only program in the country harnessing the collective power of Arab American giving and knowledge to strengthen the voice of the community in American civil society.
Our Mission is to find the origin of the pain, and not to mask it. Our goal is to enhance our patients’ quality of life, ability to enjoy daily activities and functionality. We accomplish this by taking an integrated approach to pain management, providing consultation and treatment to individuals with acute and chronic pain. Each patient’s treatment is individually-tailored based on a comprehensive patient evaluation conducted by our skilled team of Physicians.
